It was the Founder's experiences that the services provided by information technology consultants did not necessarily have the client's best interest in mind.

Many technicians fed off the troublesome systems they managed and client issues correlated with reoccuring work and therefore reoccuring income for the consultants. Which is why Virtua Networks created the Service Level Agreements (SLA) that did not clock time but was driven by client needs of increased efficiency and productivity. Now all interests are finally aligned.
